Shipping, Delivery and Returns
For placing an order you must be aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity or have parental authorisation. You are fully authorised to pay for your order.
Once your order is placed you will receive a shipment confirmation by email with the shipping tracking number. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why. We reserve the right to refuse any order for a customer with who there was a previous problem. For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse payments and also cancel orders:
- if a delivery address is not referenced, deliveries to hotels and PO boxes
- if we have any doubts about the legitimacy of the order
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

For any order above €300 shipping is free.

International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. We are so sorry but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and Madre Kunst is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”, by law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery.

All Jewellery purchased from Madre Kunst is wrapped in a tissue pouch.
Signature is required unless you note otherwise.
Expected arrival date is approximately 7 to 14 days from the order date (Except Russia and China due to strong control measures applied by Custom Authorities). Madre Kunst is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs or weather related issues.
If, despite every effort, a product cannot be delivered, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and your order will be cancelled without any form of compensation beyond the reimbursement of the order payment.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Madre Kunst because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.
Madre Kunst ships all orders with insurance so please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of any damaged goods so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Madre Kunst purchase we are very happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please note the following:
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty.
All returned products must be unworn and undamaged.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
Please note that Madre Kunst cannot refund delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
To organise a return please email email@example.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Any product(s) must be returned in their original Madre Kunst packaging. Please pack the item carefully and ideally use a secure and tracked service for your own security purposes.
The Madre Kunst product is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any product returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
